WHO WE ARE

The North Carolina Coalition for Educational Opportunity (NCCEO) is a coalition of leaders, organizations, advocates, parents and educators who are united behind a simple but powerful ideal: Families and parents in North Carolina should be empowered to access a Kindergarten through 12th-grade educational environment that will provide their child(ren) with the best opportunity for success.

NCCEO advocates for North Carolina families, parents, and students; educators; business leaders; current and former elected officials; schools of choice; and policy and advocacy organizations.

OUR MISSION

NCCEO provides a united voice to advocate for a robust educational choice environment in North Carolina. Together, we work to:

Demonstrate the value and benefit of educational choice to North Carolina parents, students, educators, business leaders, community leaders, policymakers, and others.
Propose policy initiatives and ideas that promote educational choice and empower parents and students to fully embrace the rich educational opportunities North Carolina offers.
Provide a voice for like-minded citizens who believe in the value of providing North Carolina students and families with the greatest opportunity for success.
